We're offering you the possibility to come pick up your online purchases at our workshop, which allows you to avoid delivery fees. You will be able to select that option at checkout.

We accept returns and exchanges within a period of 14 days after the receipt of the delivery on regular priced items. Items on sale are exchangeable only within a period of 14 days after the receipt of the delivery and admissible for a store credit that will be send by email after the receipt and acceptance of the returned item. Both regular priced and on sale items must be intact and still tagged with the initial label. Almost Perfect Ones items are final sales.
Returns from United States or countries other than Canada should be identified on the custom declaration as "returned goods" and not merchandise. If wrongly labeled, custom charges will be applied upon receipt and will be deducted from the refund amount.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions. We will allow ourselves to charge restocking or cleaning fees depending on the condition of the item.
Examples of conditions under which returns are refused:
Washed clothes, clothes covered with animal hair, stretched clothes, clothes with a strong odour, clothes stained with make-up or deodorant, etc.
